- Posting it does not violate anyone else's rights
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying data
- Interfere with the platform's security or performance
- Use the Services for spam, harassment, or harmful behavior
5. Fees & Payments
If you enroll in paid plans:
- Payment terms are governed by our Pricing Page
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- You authorize recurring charges if you choose a subscription
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, including that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Henna & Harmony is not liable for:
- Damages arising from use of the Services
- Loss of data or profits
- Third-party integrations
Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless both parties agree to arbitration.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. You will be notified of material changes, and continued use signifies acceptance.
